Acceptance of Terms
By using the Top Tier Coin Laundry website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Services
Top Tier Coin Laundry provides self-service laundry and wash, dry, and fold services. Bookings are available online via Wix Bookings or in-person. All services are subject to availability.

Booking and Payment

  • Bookings for wash, dry, and fold services can be made online or at our location.

  • Payment is required at the time of service via coins, the Speed Queen app, or other methods accepted at our facility.

  • We do not store payment information on our website; transactions are processed by third-party providers.

 

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking time to receive a full refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

 

Liability
Top Tier Coin Laundry is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of items left at our facility, including during wash, dry, and fold services. We recommend insuring valuable items. We are not responsible for delays due to equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

  • Use our site for illegal purposes.

  • Interfere with the operation of our website or services.

  • Misrepresent yourself or provide false information during bookings.

 

Changes to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to modify our services or these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.

 

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in Rogersville, MO courts.
